Hello!   My name is Mrs. Mints, and I teach fifth grade reading and social studies.  This is my tenth year to teach at Venus Elementary and my twenty-sixth year overall in education.  My past experience includes teaching Second Grade, Third Grade, and Fourth Grade.  I enjoy reading, traveling, and working in the yard during my spare time.  My husband Wayne and I have been married for 39 years!   

We will enjoy a wonderful year reviewing and strengthening reading skills, learning American History, as well as exploring the world of technology.   What an exciting time to be a fifth grader!
